I just went to Grand Chute Auto today. My old vehicle was falling apart and unsafe to drive. I met craig and he immediately put me in a new vehicle. He was very nice and very patient. I was unsure what i wanted and very unsure about payments. The payments are affordable and craig was not pushy at all and very kind and explained to me what everything was and it was overall a great experience. My sister recommended this place to me because she was treated very nicely as well. I will definitely be recommending to everybody i know!!! Thank you!!!
I bought a vehicle from here October 2016 and Craig was the person I spoke with. VERY easy to work with, has patience and made my car-buying experience a great one! Got a beautiful 2004 Yukon back in August. This is the 4th vehicle I've purchased from Craig, which should tell you something right there. None of my vehicles were EVER in a shop, and I am out the door in less than 40 minutes. NO DEALERSHIP in the fox valley goes through their vehicles like Craig does. He is extremely knowledgeable in mechanics, and doesn't put any pressure on you to buy a vehicle. This is the only dealership that has my full trust. Payments were well within my range. I went in to see if I could approved I didn't have the money for a car at the time and wanted to see if this was good place for me, my job right now. I'm a manager so I know how it is, but my upper boss is not by me alot so I get direct deposit and have never got a pay stub in half a year, because I couldn't present it but could pull it up on my online he started literally screaming at my husband and saying "stop jerking me around" and that if I can present a check stub I obviously can't pay for a car which I can. I paid 3k$ for my car in less then 4 months. And make 32 grand a year. He was completely rude and I would've bought a car if I was given the chance to explain my situation. I will never recommend this to anyone. His name is Craig.
