Needed a new refrigerator. Shopped around and found the best price here. We liked the prices so well we bought the matching gas stove and Microwave. Now we have a beautiful matching set at a great price. Salesman wasn't pushy. He let us make our decision. I will buy here again.
Excellent team to work with at the Appleton location. We purchased several new appliances and they guided us through the various choices and options and helped us figure out the best solutions for us. We had a couple issues with deliveries from the manufacturers and Van Vreede's went out of their way to assist with temporary solutions. An accidental scratch on our quartz counters during installation was taken care of without hassle or cost. We would highly recommend Van Vreede's for any appliance need.
We have bought and shopped here for sometime now. Not the best price, but not the most expensive. Have to watch the add on's, warranties ect... Overall a positive experience.....
We had a bad problem with an appliance we bought from Van Vreede's though no fault of theirs. It was 2 years old and , of course, out of warranty. Their repair guys worked diligently with the manufacturer techs to resolve the problem, making 5 or 6 trips to our home at the request of the manufacturer. During this time we had excellent contact from the Customer Service people and the repair guys. The manufacturer eventually replaced the item. No doubt, Van Vreede's stood by "us" through the whole ordeal!
