The staff there are incredible, no matter who is working. They're so friendly and eager to help you and answer any questions you may have. I went in the other day with a friend and they were so helpful. I am very socially awkward, but it feels like arriving home every time I step in and I just feel so comfortable.

Always a friendly and knowledgeable staff available to answer your questions. They can answer most of your questions off the tops of their heads. I just wish the store carried a bit more in the line of accessories, could be a corporate issue.

The man who helped us tonight was so incredibly nice. Our daughters (ages 7 and 4) were playing the demo consoles and he went into the back and got them chairs to sit on. He was so genuinely kind. What an awesome store and staff.
