The salesperson did a ln excellent job of explaining everything to us and. We have a great idea of what we would like to do in our basement!
The owner was extremely rude to us and very mad he didn't make a big sale to us. I bought a $9 item to improve the quality of my tv and he made us well aware he didn't know he was "running a tech support." I regret spending over $1,000 there prior this year. I was not impressed with the business owner and will never be going back.
They make shopping for and buying a TV a pleasant experience. First, a salesperson will wait on you even if you are a white-haired female! And Rick has always given me the information I needed to make a correct decision for my needs-even if its not a massive sound system or TV that I am shopping for. And the installers were very sensitive to what I wanted/needed for my home-as well as connecting the different pieces of equipment and then patiently explaining any new operation procedures.
Excellent customer service. I had a home entertainment system installed by Suess last November in addition to some outdoor speakers. Since then I did have a few issues with the product, which might of been self inflicted. I reached out to them to look for help and they responded like true professionals. I need to add to this review after working with Ben to buy an updated IPhone in the Verizon sales/service area. He worked first with my son to decide the best plan for me and then again with me to switch to the new phone. He was exceedingly patient and willing to answer many questions on the phone when I got home and found I needed some more help. So again 5 stars.
