Manager Dave at the Appleton east location is very helpful and knowledgeable about all products that he sells. I needed a specialty battery for a machine right away. Dave made some calculations and custom made one up with what parts he had in stock.
Excellent service. Dave and Kelly were quick to fix my daughter's iphone. Her phone is good as new. They also repaired another patron's phone that was "fixed" by another competing store

Positive experience! Dave did an exceptional job servicing my son's ipad. He examined the situation and fixed within minutes. I thought it was a dead battery, in which he could have replaced and charged me, however, that was not the issue. He quickly assessed, fixed the issue, at no cost. True customer service at a high level of trust.
