At one time we were a loyal client of this location. The former manager Casey Hay (or something close to that) ran a great team. We bought many items here. My wife was looking for a new tablet and laptop. We stopped in and were looking at the selection. The "lead guy" in the department was useless, rude and made us just want to wash the slime off us and leave! Spoke to a "manager" who told us "You did NOT buy apple from this store", you are confused. You bought it from West side store". We went home, pulled our reciepts from last time, it was bought at the EAST store. We will only return here if we have NO other choice....
Helpful, smart, and clean people. The store is attractive and very appealing to someone who loves new tech.
The sales person lied to my face about the capabilitys of my laptop. My $45 straight talk phone operates at higher speeds than the $600 computer they sold me. Then they sold me a "full coverage" plan or so i was told. Then i go to get a screen fixed and was told i would have to give them the computer take a $100 in store credit and purchase a new computer. Its only 5 months old. Will never shop there again. They got my mom one of my cousins and a family friend the same way. Id trust the Nigerian prince on the phone more than them.
We had excellent advice and assistance from Marty in the appliance department. Marty knows the products and their good/bad attributes. Without his assistance we may have selected the wrong dishwasher or gone to another dealer..
Happy with best buy theu seem to have a good cooection of what is current and selling. There prices are competitive with allot of the online places and have continued to get higher end stuff that people want. Huge selection of mobile electronics and tvs. There MICROSOFT computer section has been diminishing greatly along with dvd and camers and camcorders. But so has the demand. Good place to go.
