You can literally buy anything they have online for half the price. Just paid $48 for a cable and looked on amazon immediately after and found the exact cable for $11.99. They also have a 15% refund fee, so they can afford to restock the refunded item...
Polite and knowledgeable staff. Often they don't have things in stock and they are a little over priced for regular stuff (not bad) and way over priced for repair ($40 for a system restore? $100 for a system restore with a Windows reinstall?). If you know exactly what you're looking for and can wait a couple days, go Amazon. If you don't know what you need or you cannot wait, go here. The staff seem to have an incredible offhand knowledge of which parts are compatible with which other parts for best performance.
