I would like to share that my experience here was amazing. Being fresh in the photography world, I may have asked some crazy questions, but I was treated with the utmost professionalism. I came back the next day and made my purchase of a new lens. Taught how to use it and received help with my camera settings. I would highly recommend for all your camera needs. I'm in sales and honesty Is huge in today's world. I feel extremely comfortable with my choice.
I stopped in for a passport photo. The owner took my picture and had it printed and cut within 10-15 minutes. He was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Murray Photo!
One of the better photo places I've ever been to. Owner is knowledgable and went out of his way to answer my questions and give me new insights and tips for shooting. I've read through the reviews, and it appears a lot of the negative ones were written by people who has little to no camera knowledge and unrealistic expectations and/or do not know how to care for their equipment. Someone even mentioned "going to Best Buy". Congratulations, you're what's wrong with the world. This is why Ma and Pa shops go out of business and "Corporate America" will have a complete and total monopoly. For myself, I'll continue to support small business and spend my money here.
Rude, stuck In "old" ways, and unknowledgeable. People go to these big box stores because of businesses like this. It's a shame Americas "local" business's have gone in a direction where they are hostile towards customers. Thank god customers have the internet to share how unpleasant these companies are. Well time to go drop 2 grand at Best Buy.
