Normally good. Crossed paths with the same girl in the garden Dept few days ago. She knows nothing about any of the plants or where they are. Doesn't try to learn anything...good thing she's not my employee. I spent an hour longer than necessary trying to find plants because she was so.worthless.

Bought a washing machine from here. Yes it was a floor model. There was no info on the paperwork stating that there was a huge dent on the left side. The dryer was next to the washer so u couldn’t see the dent.
I called and the manager of the department he wouldn’t even talk to me. He had he person who answered the phones talk to me. I called a few times. What a spineless human being for a manager. So I called Home Depot corporate. The guy at least tried to help me. The manager would not budge on calling me to resolve the issue.
It is none of your employees business to determine what is ‘too expensive’ for me and my own bank account. Last time I checked you’re unaware of how much is in there. Unhelpful pink haired snowflake and the rest of crew need better training.

Bought a fridge from here. When they delivered it they took off our screen door. After reinstalling the door, the closer didnt work. We called several times and they have done nothing about it. Not to mention they scratched our walls in 3 spots (large deep scratchs) and scratched our cabinets. After destroying the house they called to say they couldnt get the fridge in. So i went over to the house with 4 of my emoloyees and helped them. All they haf to do was turn the fridge sideways and it went into the house without even taking the screen door off. They are as far from professional appliance delivery and installation as it can get.
So I’ll never buy from this Home Depot ever again. Screw me once shoame on you but it will never happen again.
So now I have to stop payment on the credit card. If the manager would have called me or even spoke to me. I’m sure as adults we could have worked something out.
Three days ago, she was there but there was also other help....that helped. I left happy as a bird. Today, I'm tired and almost got sick from having to be in the heat too long. I hope she sees this.
