Took our lawn mower there 12/8/2016 did't revive it till early mach. Super slow!!!. Our perfectly rust free lawn mower has now spots of rust because they kept it outside for so long. They made a mess of grease everywhere on our lawn mower didn't clean up the crap they left. A tune up costed $92. the only things i saw that where done are oil change, oil filter, air filter and fuel filter and i checked the blades to see if they where sharpened. and guess what nope!!!! where call them and complaining. ONLY WENT HERE BECAUSE OF WARRANTY, WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN, SLOW AND BAD SERVICE!!!!

I had a big job facing me yesterday, and I was in a jam with my Husqvarna chainsaw. My local Husqvarna dealer and service station refused to even look at it unless I 'check it in' ($$$). Note that Ben's Small Engine sells and services Stihl, not Husqvarna. Out of desperation, I drove up the street and stopped into Ben's Small Engine for the first time. To my surprise, and in stark contrast to the experience I had just had at what was supposed to be the go to place for service on my chainsaw, the nice young lady at the front desk here immediately popped open my chainsaw and got to tinkering with it. Then, Ben came from the back to the front desk for me right then and there, without prior notice, studied my chainsaw, and literally saved me as he got it operating perfectly. He was brilliant at quickly diagnosing then solving a tricky problem, and it was clear he is a master at what he does. He did this despite an apparently very busy day, despite the fact that I didn't even buy the chainsaw from them, and despite the fact that he's not even a Husqvarna dealer nor service station. I couldn't be more gracious of his and her sheer desire to help a person that's in trouble, and this business has now earned a lifelong customer in me. I'll go to Ben's Small Engine for all of my chainsaw needs, regardless of brand, and I couldn't recommend it more strongly that you do the same.
If you can find a good doctor or dentist, taxman, or mechanic, hold onto them and send them all your business. Bens is my small engine place for as long as he is open. I prefer quality work over cost, but Bens always seems to have the best prices too!

I will never return. The owner was so rude and insensitive to me about the recently purchased lawnmower not working correctly. Honestly, he was the first business owner that ever yelled at me as a customer. I am very disappointed!
