I go to menards for most all of my building needs. If you often enough there is a real expert in each department that can give good advice. They are a true asset to my skills.
Great store! Picked up on line purchase. Instructions on e mail did not match actual store surroundings. No signage for where to go to pick up & no express lane check out as instructions stated. Staff extremely nice!
Very helpful staff. If they don't know it they will find someone who does. Good selections of everything under the sun, from home improvement to lawn care and, children's toys. Good deals on random things at any given time.
Great selection at a fair price. So that portion of the store I would rate a 5. The down size is the staff. Plumbing dpt staff are rude, and could really care less if they help you. If they decided that you are worthy of them granting you time, be prepaired for attitude and frustration. I will buy from here when I have to, but will NOT make it my first, second or even third stop......
Reason i gave you a five was because of my check out lady ..very nice and friendly. There was 4 of us in line.. all woman and we all were giving her a hard time in a fun way and she was right on her toes and gave it right back to all of us ..we all were laughing with her .. thanks.
