I purchased a LG washing machine we installed it and turns out there is a sensor that is broken so it overfills and then just gives an error code and wont run. Called every single number I was told to if something were to be broken on it and I got the run around from every single person i talked to about getting it fixed. ended up just buying the part and repairing myself even though they should have covered the cost. WILL NEVER buy anything else from here and will not recommend this place to anyone.
We purchased a range and dishwasher because we were impressed by the prices. They claimed it was range worth $1000 that they were selling for $500 and a dishwasher worth $1000 they were selling for $450. Both had cosmetic damage but were new. The damage was minor and repairable so we purchased both. The range worked fine and was what we wanted but the dishwasher was a problem.
I will not be purchasing another appliance from Sears Outlet. If they would have told me the dishwasher had been previously installed and was missing parts, I would not have paid what I did. Completely lacking integrity.
Great values, if you dont mind a few dents or scratches. Helpful sales staff. This is the place I check first for great buys.
We purchased a whole refrig (No freezer). The were few dents and dings (salesperson was really good about pointing them out). They delivered and pluged in. Works great! Overall a pleasant buyer!
Got Great deal on a fridge and stove today at sears outlet in Appleton ! I was very stressed buying a new fridge because mine broke but salespeople Jim and Anita were very accommodating and the prices were so affordable I ended up buying the stove to match !! I hired a plumber to install the dishwasher and he told me that this dishwasher had been installed and run before. There was a water line connected (there shouldn't have been) and the drain line had water in it. But most significantly, the parts bag and manual were missing. The screws to hold on the front of the dishwasher (the panel at the bottom) and the cover for the electrical box were missing. The entire sound shield (the insulation that should surround the dishwasher) was missing as well. I called the store and they told me that every dishwasher is "tested" prior to sale which explains the water in the hose and that they could order the missing parts, it could be up to a month until we get them. No apology or offer for a discount. They also said that they sell appliances as "new" that could have been installed in someone's house for up to 30 days! THAT IS NOT NEW!
