Gym can be crowded besides having to put up with the staffing problems.

I have to warn any new moms looking to workout while having your child watched not to join. There is a day care worker who left my one year old son unattended with a six year old watching him. The story is: I walked into the kids club after a quick cardio workout maybe 15 mins. The manager rushed in after me and saw my son being watched by a six year old. I saw on his face that I had just happened to catch his worker doing something he obviously knew that she does. He asked the six year old “where did —— go?” I don’t remember the girls name. (But side note the first time I left my child with her he cried when I put him down and she said out loud “of course!” And scoffed!) The child responded to him, “she told us she was going to look at her schedule”. I looked around and saw about 15 other kids left unattended. I asked the manager if he knew how my son had done that day, because my infinat child cannot walk and gets separation anxiety when left on the floor. He said that all he knew was that my baby was “hip hogging” the girl working. I picked up my son and walked out without arguing because I did not want to lose my temper. I went in the next day and explained what happened and the attendant had me talk to the same manager. Now the manager said that he remembered me and that there was someone in the room and I “probably had mistaken him for a child, because he looks like one.” (Jokingly) when I did not respond to his comment he said “I’ll look into it and give you a call” (he still hasn’t called) this was 2 months ago. All in all I paid over $100 for one month (10 visits) because they charge you all these fees even though I had received a flyer that said “come in with $10 walk out a member” I still had to pay all kinds of signup stuff. Which isn’t returned. So I would say if you don’t want to pay a butt tons of fees to have your child watched by a strangers kid. Then don’t join here. If that isn’t something that bothers you then by all means throw your money away and you will see what I mean within a month. I think the main reason I am even writing this review is because now its winter and I have no energy from lack of being able to exercise and I just feel cheated by this gym.

Nice facility but shady pricing structure. $9.99 per month sounds good but there's a 39.99 annual fee to pay, which makes the real price more like $13.30 per month, which isn't bad but it just rubs me wrong to run a business that way. My credit card # also recently changed because it was lost. Forgot to update it with them so my monthly payment was delayed by 5 days. They hit me with a $20 late payment fee over this.

Staff is very rude, pushy and unprofessional. Management will call and claim dissatisfied customers are liars and disregard any concerns and hang up on them.

The general manager got in my face and even bumped his chest into me to tell me I wasn’t dressed up to there code. I didn’t disagree I simply put my sweatshirt on and he continued to harass me. His name was Donny I believe. I was there as a guest trying it out, but after his unprofessional physical misconduct I would never sign up there. I noticed the bathroom and locker room was extremely dirty as well.

****They do not always watch the kids club****

I called a different location that I have never been to and they confirmed that what I was told was false and it is possible to cancel by phone. They could look up my account by my caller ID, and send a confirmation to the email on file with no problems.

Really annoying sign up process, they are extremely pushy and always want you to sign up for more than what you need. They want you to write down all your friends so they can bug them too. If my friends wanted to sign up they would ask me, not want to be called by a stranger. And than when they try to get you to come in and “meet” with someone when really it’s a personal training session that you don’t want. They don’t even tell you that is what it is, really it’s another sales pitch. The only reason I gave 3 star is cause it’s a good gym over all, as far as equipment goes. But going to the gym shouldn’t give me the same feeling as getting a pitch from a cars salesman

I asked to cancel by phone and the operator became very rude, claimed there is no manager, and hung up on me. I immediately started receiving obscene phone calls.
