Love this yoga studio! They have a great vibe, everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The instructors encourage you to listen to your body and move at your own pace. There are many classes during the day to choose from, and a variety of instructors as well. I like their 2nd floor studio overlooking college ave!
I came here for gym class one day and it opened my eyes to the fact that I dont take time to myself to relax, I have a very busy life I have 3 jobs and I am a senior in high school all while trying to tackle life at home and volunteer work on the side. The people here are so nice and so welcoming I didn't feel awkward at all walking into a class which is something I worried about, I now make time for three classes a week, its fantastic
