We dropped in during vacation and were very impressed with Sam and his coaching skills. He made sure to go over all the moves and the workout. There was plenty of space, parking and Stella (Sam's dog) was super friendly. Also, there was no charge for the drop in visit!
Dropped in for a quick WOD while traveling and the whole gym welcomed me in. The coach really knows what he's doing and kept the environment challenging but supportive. I would recommend, and will be stopping by on my next trip through town.
