This gym is more expensive than others ($30 per person, $10 for a friend). This gym is very clean and nice, and the showers are private rooms (at Experience Fitness they were ajoined shower stalls), which I really appreciate. I was asked to buy work out clothes, which was mildly annoying. They play a very nice collection of ad-free music, in my opinion much better than what is on the radio and at a good volume. They sell smoothies ($6) and meals (8.50), the smoothies are mediocre (homemade ingredients but they're chalky), I don't know about the meals. It's 24/7, and it's never too busy. The owner, Rod, seems cool.
Attempted to undergo personal training. First contact never responded to voicemail. Second trainer I met at the facility eventually just stopped contacting to setup a meet.
Not a fan. Join a commercial gym if you want month to month. Business practices here are questionable.
This gym is the best gym I found in the Appleton area! The gym offers month to month which is huge for some people. The have such a wide range of exercise equipment it seems to suit anyone's needs! The owner is friendly and well knowledgeable around the fitness world. I would recommend this gym to anyone!
You get locked into a 1 year contract that you can not get out of. Injury, move, deployment. Dosent matter.
Great place for fundamental lifting, good people, well kept and open space.
