I love the clothes in this store but the ladies in the store are horrible. They have a bitchy face and they don't even greet or say have a nice day. They get upset when you return clothes. Its not our fault you don't have fitting rooms.They all have the same expression on there face like they hate there job which is so unprofessional.
I shop here once in awhile. Just last night I went and the girls were weird they started starring at me as soon as I walked up to the door. I honestly don't know why? My skin color? Maybe they never seen such beauty idk!
I don't usually give reviews but i had to. I love going to this store because its nice and cheap but customer service sucks. I was there a week ago or so and they just started the point system. Well, i paid over $140 and didn't know until after they started ringing up my sister. REALLY?! I wanted my points. It WAS a LONG process since it was still new which is understandable. Don't know if she was a manager but she got irritated with me and my sister cuz she had to do a return and repurchase. She was rude and luckily i was able to hold back my anger otherwise...yeah. As a manager you shouldn't be using excuses and just do your job. Don't let customers see your irritation. And of course u should apologize which u didn't.

Great stuff, great prices, cheap materials. clothing items usually don't last too long after a few wash cycles. horrible store hours. Needs to open earlier.
