I had bought clothes for my children there a decade or so ago. I last was here to find something for my son two years ago. For the first time in a decade. It was a little below the experience than years past. Returned last week and I was out in five minutes!!!! What happened!? I had better shopping experience at a goodwill! It was laid out crappy, organization and display was horrible. Felt dingy and gross. Nothing of any quality within sight.
Great deals don't get me wrong but the store is filthy! I've never walking into a restroom and had to walk directly back out, feeling like I needed to shower immediately! Two out of the three stalls were filled with poop and filthy toilet seats. The other had poop smeared on the stall wall. The door going into the restroom should have been my first sign not to even attempt. It has to take months and months of not cleaning to get to the level of dirty this store displays. Employees do not display professional appearance. After walking by many employees I only had one greet me, even acknowledge me, and display any sort of customer service. Where's management?!
Well I was greeted by tall red hair lady who had hurt her knee. She was very nice, she helped me check out. I would shop there again because of her .
I used to love shopping for coats at Burlington. I went to buy a winter, sporty type jacket and was extremely disappointed with the selection. I know they are trying to expand into other areas but they lost my business. The store has gotten kind of trashy looking.
Is this company going the way of sears and Kmart? Dying?
It's ok for my first time ever. Saw some nice stuff, some prices are reasonable, others a little crazy.
