Online ordering and managerial skills are a joke. Received wrong size jeans after an associate entered the wrong information, when attempting exchange at the store, management was unwilling to rush shipment to offset their mistake and two minutes five minutes after placing order and deciding their handling of the problem wasn't acceptable, the manager Kurt stated after 2 minutes, they are powerless to cancel (weird!). Last time these idiots will get my business.

I ordered a $50 e-gift card to be sent to my moms cell phone for her birthday, she never got it I called them and they said they would send it to my email, still haven't gotten it so I called again she said her hands are tied and it will take another 24 hours. I ordered this on a Friday. I will be calling back to get my money back. American eagle customer service is the worst. I feel like I was ripped off! What a joke!
We had the best experience at this store EVER! The manager is absolutely amazing; very helpful and friendly. She knows the products and went above and beyond to help us. HIGHLY recommend!
