I always hated being in the mall, its too busy for me, but I needed jeans and was told by a friend to go into buckle. Everyone was so polite and helpful. I genuinely felt like everyone I came in contact with was well educated and prepared to help me. I had read reviews from the past about pushiness but did not come across any type of rudeness or salse schpeels from a single employee. They actually cared about what it was that I needed!!! They also have such a wide variety of styles and prices and I didn't feel out of place at all while looking through some of the lower price tags! Needless to say I will be back for much more. Thank you so much to everyone who made me feel comfortable and helped me find exactly what it was that I was looking for!!

I am NOT a mall person! But Buckle is one store I will make a trip for! They have the BEST displays, that not only look good, but actually gives you ideas on how to put outfits together! The staff are so helpful in finding my style and when they get new pieces in they know I will like, they put forth the extra effort to reach out to me to let me know they have them! Another unique thing about Buckle is they will set up a “get fitted” appointment for you!! This is where they put together outfits your style and size and have everything waiting for you when you arrive! Buckle isn’t just a mall store! Before today I had never shopped at Buckle because I've always been under the assumption that their clothes were very expensive and they wouldn't have anything that fit me (since I'm a curvier gal). I'm woman enough to say, I WAS WRONG! Kim, the store manager, was so kind and so helpful. We found MULTIPLE jeans that fit me like a glove and she made it so easy! The best part is that I got the perfect pair of jeans for $50! You've earned a customer for life, Buckle!
Went into the Buckle the other day with my wife because she was needing some pants. I thought it would be the usual waiting on my wife kind of thing, but thanks to Ryan I got some stuff too. I don't usually do reviews, but he did a great job. He made it fun and easy. I'm going to start going to the Buckle with my wife more often.
