I called to cancel an appointment after our pet passed away. They made sure he was taken off their list immediately so we would not receive automatic notifications in the future. Several days later, we received a handwritten card from the doctor. Although not expected, this was a very nice touch!
After hearing about North Heights from a coworker, we decided to give them a try as we had a "so-so" vet after relocating to Appleton. We were very happy with not only the personal attention, but the cost saving from our other vet was a bonus!
