Very pricey. Over $100 more than my last vet. And the Dr did not take the time to review the paperwork I sent over giving details about the health history. He was very impersonal and late. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to spend less than 20 minutes with the Dr. .
I brought my cat in for a simple blood draw that needed to be sent to a State-lab for interstate quarantine. I provided detailed instructions of what they needed to do and where to send the sample. I was shocked at the $200+ cost, and tried to get some explanation on why it costs so much, when another vet charged $90. They did not explain, and I asked them to make sure they did the right procedure, and they kept saying this is their cost for the "test", and I tried to tell them there was NO TEST, just a blood draw. I tried talking to the manager to find out what they were doing different, as they are only to take the sample and send it. She was very rude and only said this was their cost, and she doesn't control what other clinics price. Needless to say, they did extra testing which was not needed, and did not send the sample like directed. I have used them in the past, and always thought they were overpriced, and not sensitive. The vet did not even read my cats file and asked about procedures that he himself did a couple years ago. Very frustrating experience and I would not recommend.
Wow. Really upset with the fact that they didn’t do any thing but an exam!!! So that is 35 there. This was nothing more then a regular appointment! So price gouging. Because when I took my little puppy last week it was 85.. with 2 shot, exam and heart guard!

I was very disappointed today. I took my Dog Rocky to be checked out. It was a 15min appointment to find out that his feet are on the mend. Guess all the things I was doing were helping. great right. I get to check out and find out that the 15 min appointment was worth 59.00!!
Went in for complementary (free) exam today 11/30/2017 and when I went out front they tried to stick me with a bill over $70.00! Complimentary my butt!! Tried to charge me that to clip nails and clean ears which according to paper work I had was included! One lady came out, assuming the manager and she proceeded to inform me not everything is complimentary, we need to eat and make our house payments or rent! Really? Then they started whispering like we weren't even there! The doctor very nice but the hidden so called extra fees and front staff need work! And just curious why they had to take my cat to different room to trim nails. Heard cat screaming, hopefully didn't take anything out on her. She's such a gentle girl. Will never go back and will spread the word. The manager treated us like 2nd class citizens! My opinion? Stay in your office until you can work on your people skills!
When I said to them I was upset about the charges. They had nothing to say other than it was a different type of Exam.. well explain the difference then.... Not happy won’t be Back!
