Terrible place to work at, no scheduled breaks, treated poorly by employer. Withheld my pay, and never tried to resolve any issues. I definitely don’t recommend to work or even shop here. Very strict return policy, for expensive shoes. There are more cameras in the back room then there are out on the floor. Sketchy, and not a nice place.
Horrible customer service! I was completely ignored by both non busy sales girls. No hello, can I help you or good bye as I left with nothing! I was very interested in a 170 $ shoe but after being ignored for 20 minutes I left and won't be back.
Unfortunately I have been there twice, the first time they completely ignored me, they were busy so I understood that sales person couldn't wait on me immediately but she never even made eye contact so I left. The second time I had to approach the sales person behind the counter and she went to get the shoes but then brought them to the counter, did not come around to assist me. Very rude behavior, sales people seem bored and not interested in helping the customers. Go to Scheels or Joseph Shoes in Appleton, they have excellent customer service, this place deserves to go out of business due to their horrible customer service.
Wouldn't just exchange shoes (at no cost)that were bought 4 months ago that are falling apart. They cost $120 and the wanted to charge me $60 to exchange them. WHO DOES THAT!
