I went to Joseph's Shoes in Appleton on Nov. 3rd, and purchased a pair of shoes with a discontinued color, the girl helping me was very helpful and nice. But when I got home and checked the internet for other colors, I found the price to be 50 dollars cheaper than what Joseph's charged me. I called the next morning and talked to the owner. He told me to return them, because he would get the $100 plus price from someone else who came in for these shoes. I have shopped there before and got treated with respect, but I guess the owner doesn't care about his customers, just the money!!!!!!!!!!!! Would not deal at all with me, very RUDE!
The best customer service, quality, and SELECTION of all of the BEST TOP BRANDS! LOOOK NO FURTHER FRIENDS!!!! UTOPIA OF SHOES FOUND!!!!! I usually park on the side street for fast parking, and dont get me started on their 2 wonderful golden retrievers !!! LOVE THEM!!!!! Awesome place makes you feel at home! Ive been shopping at Josephs since they were in Neenah back in the day - its still THE BESTTTTT!!!!!! Cant wait to go back! ( will bring puppy treats ) GRACIAS to ALL!!! and a special thanks to Randy - who knows his brands and was extremely patient and helpful! I will spread the word!
Lots of different higher end sore brands. The salesman I worked with brought me shoes for close to an hour until I found the right pair. Very helpful!
They have a nice selection of shoes with moderate prices. Normally I enjoy shopping there but today Sunday June 4th was not pleasant at all! The younger dark haired sales girl literally drove me crazy following me every second and shoving her shoe sizes down my throat! I'm sure she's just trying to do her job but she needs to back off and let the customer decide what size is comfortable on their own feet! Blah!
My daughter and went in on Thursday during here lunch hour. The gentlemen that helped us was extremely patient and helpful. My daughter tried on half a dozen boots and when I thought we were not going to find a pair, bam he brings out the perfect pair. He was listening to what she said about each pair and had the knowledge and experience to file through the boot inventory and saved the day. She was smiling ear to ear. She loves them. Yes the boots were pricey, but we have bought her boots from Rogan’s and Kohl’s before and the barely made it through the fall. These were high quality Spanish leather boots that look awesome. I am so glad we shopped at Joseph’s Shoes.
