I'm not one to give a bad review but I called the Foot Locker in the Appleton mall to see if they had a certain hat. I asked if I could pay for it over the phone since I was going to have a friend pick it up. I was told "No, you have to come into the store to pay." To me this is crazy. I'm willing to give you business but your not willing to let me pay over the phone for my item? When I contacted customer service I was told "They usually let customers hold items I'm not sure why they won't let you pay over the phone. You can call them again and ask." No thanks! I would rather give my business to a company that is grateful for my business. I would give zero stars if I could!
