Yesterday my daughter and I went to the Loft to look at pants. We were in the petite section (as I'm a bit vertically challenged). An employee came over and told us we were looking at the petite section. She was saying it more to my 20 year old daughter (5'9"). I felt like she was saying I shouldn't be looking there either...We said we knew and thank you and asked a question about sizes. She then walked away. I tried on a few pairs but could not find the right size. My daughter asked her for assistance and she said she was busy but another associate would help her. We never received any assistance. When we left (not finding sizes we needed) one employee was cleaning off a bottom rack for clothes, another was assisting him with clothing on hangers. Neither of them were working with any people. The person that first commented to us, was holding paperwork by a rack again not with any customers. Also there were only about 3 people shopping in the store... spoke volumes...probably won't shop there again.
