You put your feet on the ladder and he handled the ladder. So that's like him rubbing his hands on his shoes then making your pizza!!! He saw nothing wrong with this at all. The young boy and young girl up front were just standing there the whole time doing nothing. Why weren't these kids helping out. This place is run very poorly.
We went to this place and ordered our pizza. My wife watch the guy in the kitchen which turned out to be the manager. He was moving a ladder around in the kitchen. When he was done he started working with the food in the kitchen. My wife told the young kid behind the counter that the guy making the food didn't wash his hands. The kid told the guy in the kitchen and he said that he couldn't hear him. So my wife told him that she saw him handing the ladder and that he didn't wash his hands before handling the food. The guy which is the manager said that he doesn't have time for that!!!!! We the the kid that we want our money back. He said OK and told the manager and after ten minutes the manager came up front and gave us our money back with no apology at all. So this is how this Rockys works.

Very disappointed. Our order was messed up, never received a receipt, and when I called the manager was rude and very unhelpful. We wont be returning anytime soon.
one of the worst service we had had in a looong time. If that was not bad enough the manager was worst tan the inept staff.......
