It's on par with Olive Garden but WAY cheaper and all you sacrifice is a little atmosphere and a bit of ego due to enjoying "fast food" this much!

Outstanding customer service on display. The item I ordered was not up to the server's standards so I received another of the same item for free and got to eat both without concerning me that there was an issue.
We came here to eat right now. Worst customer service ever. The cashier doesn't have a clue. We got no breadsticks with our meal. The waiter almost dumped the tray of food. We have been waiting for breadsticks for 20 minutes still no breadsticks. I asked for a medium soda got charged for a large one. Took 15 minutes to order. Won't come back on the weekends. Had much better service during the week.

I come to Fazolis consistently due to work and I am constantly impressed. They now shred parmesan for you at the table when you get your meal. Fast food with premium quality.
