Bring back the high quality meals that kept us coming back for more.
I have been a Noodles and Company loyal customer since they first arrived in Appleton. On out most recent visit however it was obvious that the original high quality has diminished. We ordered Mac and cheese, my husbands favorite. It was a big disappointment. Very little cheese and it lacked flavor.
I dont give negative reviews like this. I know its my choice to not eat meat. But when i tell you that im not seeing anything in the menu with meat. And the gentlemans reply was " i have a soup for you with no meat". He said it had coconut and veggies in it. He gave me a small sample of it. A small bowl with veggies and coconut cream. When sat down to eat my bowl of soup it had chicken pieces in it. When i told him immediatly. He smiled and said im sorrry. Im not allergic to meat. My stomach has a problem with it. Please learn the ingredients in what you are serving.
Worst Noodles & Company I've ever been too. My meal had more oil in it than sauce and hardly any veggies. Staff was spending more time goofing around than doing their jobs.
I recommend this place, soup is amazing, salad is perfect and noodles are my fav. Good job guys
Quick access off of Interstate 41. Parking seemed a little tight, but it is an out building in the mall area so that's understandable.
Food was standard for Noodles. I would definitely visit again.
Staff was very friendly, and the interior was clean and welcoming. The to-do waiting area was laid out differently from other Noodles (away from the food set area), but again you have to make do with the building you are given.
