Just mediocre. Subway is worse. Jimmy John's is better!

food is good but i been waitin almost 2hrs for a soup i ordered with my food that seem to never came when my food did i called 2wice now im pissed because i paid for a soup
I had placed an order online for three subs. Two of my subs were delivered to me incorrectly. On my confirmation it clearly showed what I ordered but according to "their system" it was different. All I kept getting for an answer was that their system said different. I would highly suggest not ordering from them unless you want something different from what you ordered.
Awesome place! Great food and great service! Every staff member I've dealt has been extremely friendly and personable. Tried the Beef, Cheddar, and Hummus Wrap this time. I don't normally fill up on wraps so I paired it with a cup of their Loaded Potato soup. It was a perfect combo! Both tasted amazing and I was able to leave happily with a full belly. Cheers to the staff over at Erbert and Gerberts on College Ave!
