The owners response to Erica Ciulla’s review is completely bogus and a total LIE! The fact that they go on and tell a fake story as to why they made a poor business choice is ridiculous and just goes to show the character of its management. We are two couples, in the age range of 35-38, who drove in from Stevens Point after work on a Friday to celebrate two birthdays together. Hadn’t had a single drink prior to arriving and there was no flicking on or off any light switch AT ALL, or even anything remotely close. We simply stood in line (with our ID’s and tickets ready as we were told) and waited to be checked in and then got seated. We paid extra for the premium seating and we got seated in not ideal seats and when we requested to be moved, were straight up told no and we could sit in those seats or leave. We arrived by 7:15 and there were still over 8 other tables open in better seating than ours. Seating was not assigned, and should have been first come first serve, but they refused. In reality, their story about turning the lights on and off doesn’t even make sense because if that was true, in real business management you would explain to them that due to their poor behavior, that is why you seated them where you did. It’s called being an adult and taking ownership. It was just a poor management choice and frankly completely rude for them to treat us as they did. Now they don’t like that we are giving an honest review on our personal experience and they choose to tell lies to try and justify why they made that bad choice and were straight up rude to us. I’m sure if those are the ethics of their management, there will be more lies to follow up this review. Take it for what you will, but we will never return again simply due to the poor treatment we received from the management. The servers and comedians were great, but the management (specifically Cliff) lost our business, forever. It’s sad that you did what you did in the moment last night, and it’s even more sad afterwards here telling lies trying to justify YOUR poor behavior. You KNOW those are lies and karma will come back to bite you... good luck
Really enjoy this place. Been here quite a few times and have never been disappointed. If you get there early enough you odds of sitting up front are really good.
Very funny. Good drinks. But if driving might need one or both non-alcoholic. Show is only an hour and a half and 2 drink minimum. And they dont let you stay too long after the show is over if another show is next. They have specials on tickets once in awhile. Check website.
I don’t write reviews but this just pissed me off. So I bought preferred seating and was there by 7:10pm for an 8pm show. There were more than 4 tables in the second row. We were put into the 3rd row (the last row of preferred seating) right at the corner by the bathrooms. We asked to move into the 2nd row and we were denied by the owner because we had a party of 4. By the time the show started all the tables we requested were occupied by parties of 3-4. Such a distraction where the bathrooms are located and where we were made to sit. Worst customer service right there!! Our waitress Carly and The comedians were great! That’s what the 2 stars are for. Won’t be returning!
Great place and great owner. Had complications with planning a company Xmas party, spoke to Cliff and he helped out. Thanks again Cliff. Oh an comedy was really really good too.
This is into the response from skyline comedy. What a complete lie about someone in my party turning a light switch on and off. If your cash register is hooked up to a light switch, then I’m pretty sure your electrical is not up to code. You should be embarrassed for having to make up a story to justify your poor decision and lack of customer service. We hadn’t even been drinking and the waitress gave us shots on her because of the owners non accommodating attitude. If we seemed intoxicated and out of control, I don’t think she would have offered.
