IF YOU BOUGHT YOUR TICKET ON LINE
I've been riding the buses for nearly two decades now. I've invested a lot in the company. I use the service more out of need though as it's whats at hand. However this station...where to begin? Your treated like an inmate and a hindrance despite being a well paying client. Example is I have a ticket round to Arizona. The staff decided by what training I am not sure that my tickets must be counterfeit and tried to keep them to, I quote, have the police take a look at them. As if the crime lab does this sort of thing even would be the fact that those tickets are in fact several hundreds of dollars worth of my money and that doing as such would make me miss my trip to see my family for XMas. The reason for such apparently being the way I look? After having to bring down outside resources I got them back though the attitude still stands. I'm told this person is the bosses son so he is allowed to behave as such. Else good luck speaking to the counter to begin with. The place itself is the hang out for the local dealers and addicts and the staff puts them first. It took me close to a half an hour just to get the tickets I paid for in the first place because the staff was busy with chatting with these people. I was treated as if I was being rude to interrupt with customer questions and threatened by the dealer at the counter. And any other day either as patron or of the bus lines. Most people dread going to this place for simple reason that they will be threatened and harassed for money or drugs if they do. The clients tend to stand outside for that matter in rain or snow despite their buses being nowhere near because the gang occupies the station itself with no effort made to move them along, again rather to invite them to it. Again this is a service and myself and anyone else are clients and costumer whom pay you quite a lot of money, none of this should be on us. Work on it and stop making excuses for it.
