OK I wasn't sure about all the great reviews until I went there, and they are all true! I took my bike there and met Tim. A bolt that kept my pedal arm attached was loose and was a little striped and kept coming out. I was afraid to apply to much pressure because of the partial thread stripping. Tim said that the bolt is tapered and needs to cranked and tighten and let him take a quick look.
He stated he would tighten it and if it didn't take he could replace everything I need for around $20. He proceeded to tighten it, and stated it felt good and was 80% sure it would stay. He also stated put 20 miles on it and if it doesn't bring it back.I have since put more than 20 miles and all is still good.

Tim (the owner) is an awesome guy. Truly has a passion for bikes and wonderful customer service. If you want to waste your money, take your bike to a retailer and spend twice the money. If you take it to this place, you will get a top notch mechanic who only cares about making you happy. Look at his website. He's a full time firefighter and this is his hobby. He replaced my shifters and had my 15 year old Trek 7700 working like a brand new bike within a few hours. Very satisfied! I personally will not trust anyone else with my bike. Great customer service is rare these days. I will always support places like this!
