All-in-all, this place is awesome! Bring your kids here! You won't regret it.
This place is a blast! Had never been there prior to this year, but have been there at least four times already. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the trampolines are great fun! Great place for kids!
Our sons love this place! What a great way to burn off energy and have fun. Have later hours as well, great concept!
My family of 4 with 6 and 9 year old boys had a lot of fun. Staff was young but attentive and were smiling and enjoying their jobs. When it was busy, they separated the dodge ball players based on age into 2 areas. When it slowed down the dodge ball combined but the older and younger kids were conscious of who they were throwing at so everyone had fun. I can see it being an issue though depending on the courtesy of the guests. It was supervised at all times, as was every area. Will definitely return. If you have kids 4 and under you should probably lean towards going to a bounce house place. 5 and up, the trampolines are far superior.
Only complaint I can think of is it would be nice if they would be consistent with keeping young kids playing dodge ball properly. There have been a couple times where a kid ran in and was just chasing my son around without playing dodge ball, which my son wasn't too happy about since he wanted to play dodge ball, not tag. Not the end of the world by any means, but perhaps just something for them to focus on and improve.
We love coming here but today we had a bad experience, from the moment I open the door nobody helped me , they saw me bringing a stroller. secondly the staff at the trampoline gather in a circle talking and saw me with a stroller no one asked if they can help , i kept asking directions how to get in the elevator with the stroller no one knew how to use it I GOT STUCK WITH 2 KIDS INSIDE, my daughter got scared, and definitely did not liked the experience at all. I have had times that people always helped but today they ignored us. Hope they elevator works moms we use it all the time,
We love the place. My son likes to go every Tuesday. I get to do some work there too. Best place to go
