I've done a couple of separate rehabs with Peak and have been extremely happy both times. They listen to me, guide me and really make sure I am healing and getting back to where I should be. I really appreciate their personal feel and would highly recommend them.

It took 3 consultation sessions with multiple exercise training for relief, healing, and strengthening. I not only felt better, but stronger and more capable. It's been several months since my last consultation with Molly, but I continue to use her most appreciated diagnosis and treatment information to my advantage.
I completed my undergraduate education in California; therefore, I have observed and experienced multiple clinics across the country. I completed multiple observation and shadowing hours at Peak Performance for my application to physical therapy school, and I can confidently say that Peak Performance is by far the best clinic I have observed. Not only does every patient get a full appointment of one-on-one time with a physical therapist, but the therapists are also extremely talented, professional, caring, and intelligent. There are also multiple physical therapists on staff, which increases appointment availability. Unlike many other local clinics, many of the therapists here have specialties and certifications in things like dry needling, running analysis, and much more. Peak Performance also offers two injury prevention programs in the summer. I had the opportunity to help out with these programs during my shadowing experience and I can attest that they were truly individualized, adaptive for injuries, and successful in creating improvements in form. The practice model that Peak Performance utilizes truly provides optimal patient care quality and because there is only one clinic location, this mid-sized practice is the best of the best. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anybody seeking physical therapy services.
Molly understands the frustration when injury prevents you from doing the things you love. She was highly educated and passionate to get me back to doing the thing I love, running. Not only did she help me when I experienced injuries, she educated me on prevention. Kari and all of her staff are warm, caring, passionate people. The staff are very accommodating to fill in for one another to meet the patient's scheduling needs. HIGHLY recommended!
I usually don't give out 5 stars, but Molly and the staff at Peak Performance deserves them. I had back issues...or so I thought. After a few minutes with Molly, she very sensitively suggested that while my back hurt, it looked more like a combination of back and hips.
My family has been going here for many years, we have had nothing but excellent care. The staff is very knowledgable and patient they took the time and went that extra step to help us so we could succeed with our therapy. I had knee surgery and now have full motion and am able to live a normal life without the fear of my knee giving out on me and that is because of the aggressive therapy and exercises that I was doing through peak performance. My husband also went to peak performance and they were able to show him which exercises he need to do to strengthen his ankle so he could return to work. I would and have recommended Peak Performance to many people, and if I needed therapy for myself or family I wouldn't hesitate to go there again. Thank you Peak Performance for being a very big part of my recovery.
