Bought a chair, after several weeks we were told it was not available. They offered a floor model and said there would be a discount for the inconvenience. When we picked it up the discount was only $7. We were told because it was on sale they couldn't really take much off, which was not brought up originally. After getting it home we found a hole in the cusion and a seam pulling apart. I have purchased several things here but would never again go back.
Very knowledable staff and got a great deal on a new bed. Definitely worth waiting for 20% sales and checking out returned items if you want to save some cash and it doesn't bother you that someone else brought it back.
Very happy with sales guy. He was very knowledgeable about the products. A little less happy with the piece when we picked it up. The guys working on the loading dock couldn’t find the product in inventory. After coming back and checking the invoice a couple of times, they returned to their office and shut the door. Another 15 minutes later they returned (I went to the car to keep warm) with a chair with no box or original packaging. The stock number was pinned to the chair with a safety pin. Didn’t get a warranty or any other paperwork. They said it wasn’t the floor model but I think it was. In any regard It obviously had been opened before. Maybe a return? Really didn’t have time to return to the store to verify. It was pretty close to closing time. Guess a little better explanation was in order.
