Very good selection of furniture. Staff was helpful without being to pushy. We didn't purchase anything as we didn't find what we needed.
Salesperson "Dar" helped us with a mattress purchase and she was exceptional. She confidently took charge of a comfortable process of helping us make a decision - and objectively presented the facts, pros and cons of the mattresses we tried out, all while staying within our price range. We never felt pushed in a certain direction. She helped keep our kid entertained and had the right amount of non-distracting and pleasant side conversations. The whole experience was great. I was able to browse before making a snap decision and in doing so I was able to give items a second look. I made a decision and I am happy I took the time to look before making a choice. The Tables we purchase looks great and I am very happy! And the delivery guys are great.
We have purchased many things over the years from Steinhafels in Milwaukee and were so happy that they now have a store in Appleton. We have always been happy with the service and the purchases. Our most recent purchase was a sleeper sofa that had to be custom ordered. It arrived several weeks earlier than expected and we have been very pleased with the quality and comfort. This Everyday Sleeper may be the most comfortable sleeper ever made, both for sitting (as a couch) and for sleeping (as a bed).
