The two sales people were attentive listening to all of our questions and making sure we received specific answers. Both women answered all of our questions and gave us suggestions as we looked to finalize our purchase. They made sure that we were given complete information about each of the products that we purchased. At no time were they pushy, letting us explore the whole store and only engaging with us as we asked for their help . They were very pleasant and easy to talk with and made us feel totally comfortable. Both women were dressed in very stylish, conservative, professional dresses. The whole experience was very positive.
We walked in having a tiny idea of what we were looking for. After browsing, we discussed what we were looking for with the designer. She was very quick, knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly pleasant. The entire staff was welcoming. It was a relief not being hounded by associates like you find at other furniture stores, with them trying to make commission. My wife and I were incredibly satisfied with our experience, and will be returning for our future furniture needs. Kudos to your staff!
this was the best experience I ever had shopping furniture. I was offered the computer designing of my room. The sales rep spent 4 hrs with us. choosing the furniture , picking fabric,and then entering on the computer for us to see. We also spent time picking out accessories, and a beatiful rug that pulled everything together. And all that service is Free. Amazing experience. You have a customer for Life
