I was at the Kohls Dar boy in Neenah.
This situation happened on today, Friday, at 3 pm. I don't know the name of the Supervisor, but she is does no credit to your store.
The lines to checkout were extremely long.
I feel like the quality of the clothing has deteriorated. I almost wished my husband did not purchase my Christmas gift at the store and I would have avoided having to use up the kohls cash
This is why people are buying on line.

We went up to the jewelry counter and asked if she could check us out. She said she only could if we would buy jewelry, and just a few items.
Love the store but disappointed by the woman's shoe selection. My daughter is 9 and wears a woman's shoe. She can't wear high heels. It's Christmas time and needed shoes for her dress. Need to get in shoes that are suited to teens also. Not just black and brown too. Holiday tights would be great too. Silver, gold. Etc.
We found some jewelry, and she started checking us out and her supervisor came up and told her she could only check us out if we had fine jewelry. The Supervisor was extremely rude to her and us as customers, but which was a total of 5, compared to the long lines at the front checkouts.
Always love this store! Looks small from the outside but the inside is spread out with so much to offer. My sister bought a quilt. I was amazed at all the colors and styles. So fun!
Great service today from an associate named Jane she not only took me all over the store to find something but then took me to a kiosk and help me order it online very satisfied with my experience there. Because of that kind of service I will definitely continue to shop at Kohls
