This location desperately needs some major lessons in customer service. Appalled by the lack of it! I spend a lot of money at Ulta, but this location will never see me again.
Sorry but you lost my business ... and it's a shame because I used to love this store. They have obnoxious sales people all over the store, and some were very rude and pushy, giving unsolicited advice for what they think I need. Then you go to check out and there is a huge line because only one person checking people out. How about pulling some of the people selling stuff to actually wait on customers!
Had to go here to get a gift for Mother's Day, and the associates were nice and understanding about a guy in the store with no interest in other items.
No, this is not my real name. I have been in this store 2 times now and the manager needs to be dismissed. 1st visit with Gary 12/2015 he wasn't even in the store at the time when haircut was scheduled for. Store manager reduced the amount of the bill. Now fast forward to 8/2017, appointment with Gary again. I was 5 minutes late (health/personal problems/couldn't get past the Quinze (Hispanic Sweet 15 Birthday group)). Gary was no where to be seen. Find out he was in back with store manager-same manager from 12/2015-chatting it up. I waited a minimum of 45 minutes. Know that when I made appointment the person I spoke to (female) was informed that I had a coupon that she said I could use. Got the feeling that Gary wasn't happy about that. When I went to front registers to pay, the manager was there and she didn't say a word to me. I am disabled and wasn't able to accomplish the other errands I needed to accomplish in the mall. Gary is a good stylist, BUT...I WILL NOT BE BACK. IT IS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO EVEN GET THERE AS I AM IN OSHKOSH AND HAVE TO RIDE 3 BUSES (3 ROUTES) TO GET THERE!!! AND I PLAN ON LETTING CORPORATE KNOW ABOUT THIS!!!
Needed a specific item, they led me right too it. In and out no hassle.
