I avoid going to the salon for as long as I can in between cut/color, because I have a hard time finding a salon I feel comfortable in. The whole staff at Anagen11 is so welcoming, upbeat, and are amazing at what they do! Another reason I wait so long between cut/color is the fear of leaving with way less hair than I wanted to, and a style I can't manage. At Anagen11 they do a thorough consultation to understand what you're looking for, and educate to help achieve a look customized for you. They don’t just slap some product in your hair, and try to sell it to you. If they do recommend a product, its after they've discussed your needs and wants, have shown you what it looks like and how to apply it. I had long razor cut layers put in by Jenna Leigh. She was also able to beautifully cover up the massive outgrowth I had going on, with a bayalage that blended perfectly with my natural color. I was fortunate to have Jess and Jessica style my hair in one of the workshops that took place at Anagen11. Also on that day Julia did my make-up flawlessly, with a look I wouldn't have selected myself, but ended up loving it! She opened my mind trying something new while still being able to keep my personal style. I had so much fun with everyone involved that day, and I'm looking forward to going back!

Chris, Jess and the team possess all the human qualities and professional talents required to be not just competitive but true leaders in the industry. They take the time, they educate, they are serious about the details. Everyone involved works hard to create an environment that is exciting yet comforting. You are well taken care of at Anagen 11. Utmost praise for this salon. To start, the inside design and atmosphere on the location is OUTSANDINGLY beautiful and luxurious, very modern and trendy. Every employee is super friendly and fits right in with the salon's style. I had a botched cut from a different salon that I was growing out, and I visited Anagen 11 with high hopes and was not disappointed. Jennifer was not only very friendly and personable, but actually listened to what I wanted/needed and discussed what would best work with my hair based on it's texture, my style, how I wear it, etc. She didn't do a thing to my hair with out clarifying with me first, and I just thought that was awesome. I have never felt so comfortable during a haircut, or trusted a stylist so well. Highly recommend her as well as this salon, it will be my go-to from now on.

I’ve been a client of Anagen 11 for about two years now and i have nothing but extraordinary things to say about them! I’ve collaborated with them as a model, I’ve worked for them as a receptionist, I’ve been a client and after being so inspired by them i personally decided to pursue cosmetology and go to school because of them! They constantly educate their clients and stylists and you can tell it’s genuinly important to the owners to preserve the integrity of any clients hair that walks through the door. i recommend anyone in the Fox cities area to try Anagen 11 if you haven’t already!
