Great place to get your haircut, colored, perm and styled. She offers a wide range of services. The salon owner/ stylist True V. Ly is bi-lingual and she can speak in Hmong and English. Therefore, she can connect with a ray of different clients. I love that she was personable and understood what I was looking for in my haircut. :)
