Standard chain barbershop- Have had to return to fix their cuts and won't go back. Staff however was friendly and prices consistent with comparable shops.
This was the worst haircut I have ever received. So first I walk in the shop at 1:22 pm and no one is there. I have to ring a bell, which stimulates a response from a lady named Lauren wearing an eccentric outfit with green and yellow eyeshadow. She immediately leads me to a chair and asks what I want. I respond, "about an inch and a half off." Little did I know, this b*tch would chop off all of my hair. Note: I did not ask for layers or anthing of the sort. When i sit in the chair, she starts off by cutting it without getting it wet or anything. Now, I don't know about you, but I have never gotten a dry haircut. Typically, the hairdresser will at least wet the hair with a spray bottle. Nope. Lauren did not know this. She proceeds to chop off 4 inches of my hair. Did I ask for this? No. She also tried to give me layers of some sort (though her definition of layers is not the right one). Basically what she did was give me half a bob on my right side, and leave my left side longer. Now, you might be thinking "it's in the eyes of the beholder." Nope. When I got home, my mom asked if my brother came at me with a chainsaw. That's how bad it is. She was irate at the fact I have no more hair. She is going in today to demand a refund, because she destroyed my perfectly average hair. IF you think this is an overreaction, you are quite mistaken. I will never go here again, and I will recommend the same to you. I wouldn't trust Lauren with a dogs hair, much less a humans. I can only hope you read this before changing your life for the worst for quite a horrendous haircut.
Nothing to complain about, but nothing stellar or fantastic either.
