Raved about them for the 8 years I have been seeing them. They were the best. My last apt the first for a new issue in my neck I had to bring my 2 yr old... no parent wants to bring a child but it was my only option.. from the receptionist to the doctor telling me it would be best to not bring your child.. they had no companion or understanding.. before coming to the web I tried working it out with the office manager and she did not return my calls... so to the web I go medical is a business about customer service and all the good I had said about them went out the door that day. There are plenty of Neuro groups in the Fox City’s that I will be looking at... as a stay at home Mom my job is just an important as your doctor’s job !
I only gave one star because there is no option for no stars. I am floored that they would do an MRI and never follow up with you until after several weeks you call and ask if their is any feedback or possibly next steps. Of course you then get an appointment where they assure you they will help you and then ask you to see several other doctors to eliminate other issues. You assure them that this plan is unnecessary because you have already gone done that path but they ignore you and you go to these appointments to show them you are a team player. The appointments which took 6 weeks to get were as you said unnecessary but you now think they will have next steps but you never here from them again. In the mean time your spine is getting worse in you neck and the numbness in your leg is becoming debilitating so you start all over again. In this instance these doctors have forgotten that My insurance and I have paid them for a service that they did not deliver and the little they did for the large some of money was of very poor quality.
One star is too high. From the surgeon who held up his hands and assured us that he was the BEST....to the pain management Dr who said he had nothing more to help after an unsuccessful surgery to the useless PA's ... there is nothing good to say. Their billing is rapid and accurate unlike the rest of the place. We will never recommend or suggest this motley group to anyone for anything.
payed the premium around 250$ i believe out of pocket because i have no health insurance. after that they wouldnt give me any other help. didnt help my back issues that were going on for months. waste of time and money.
Dr. DeWitt and Dr. Brown were wonderful. My 14 year old daughter required an invasive lumbar fusion surgery after first exhausting all conservative options. There was a genuine concern for her as if she was their own daughter. She is now on the road to recovery as she is gradually resuming her favorite sports. I highly recommend them.
