This company charged me double my guaranteed reservation rate. The worst part is they didn't even have the cojones to tell me they were doing it until after I checked my receipt. Now they refuse to reimburse me or even meet me in the middle. They even admit it was unfair to me, but still refuse to take action. I will never use this company again and I will never use Hertz again.
Hertz car rental
This company charged me three times the rental agreement. They said they couldn't adjust it after they pushed the button. Then they said my issue was with Hertz. Hertz says they are the only ones who can adjust billing. The general manager for this company is shady as hell, and a major POS. It makes sense now that I see it is a cab company, and not a legitimate rental company. Don't rent from Hertz Appleton, and use Uber if you need a cab!
