I booked the car online. I said I wanted the Buick sized car. Of course when I got there they didn't have that car. They gave me a much smaller car. It did get me where I needed to go and back. Price was good.
Great place. I accidentally left my Garmin in my rental car. I realized this fact two days later and when I called, I was happy to learn they had it (and hadn't disappeared into the the ether as I expected). They shipped it back to me without a hitch and they were very friendly in the process. Enterprise is my company for now on.
We were stuck in Appleton, with flights cancelled on three consecutive days. Erin, at the Enterprise counter, made a frustrating experience tolerable. She was very accommodating.....holding, and later extending, our reservation each day as we waited for the airport to announce yet another cancellation. We eventually had to fly out of another airport and Erin made arrangements for our drop-off fee to be decreased. She was wonderful. Whatever she's being paid currently, it isn't enough! Many kudos to Erin.....We thank her for her wonderful service!
