Had a flat tire that I didnt notice until the next morning. The Avis team in Appleton quickly replaced the car and gave me a nice upgrade. Great service!!

I called late Sunday afternoon needing a car for Monday morning. Taylor was excellent to work with! When I stopped at the desk at 7PM, he picked a new rental for me (just over 1000 miles on it!), breezed through the paperwork using my Wizard #, and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Turning it back in Monday night was even easier. I've rented from this location dozens of times and this time was one of the best. Thanks!
Avis @ the Outagamie Airport in Appleton delivered above and beyond our expectations. While others waited endlessly in line for other car rental agencies, ours was quick and proficient. The car was very clean, upgraded, and even a little fun. The agent was very nice, polite, and efficient.
Absolutely the worst rental car company ever. I have been waiting for weeks to get a refund for a billing error that they admittedly made. I have been overcharged for my daily rate and the clerk processed the gas service option incorrectly. There were so many additional charges and hidden fees that were not included in the initial quote online. Never ever will I book with Avis again.
