I paid $30 for an app and was told the house i wanted was already rented but im seeing updated posts on craigslist for the same house! Dont waste your time or money if your a minority! Pat acts like a rude lil *ITCH TOO!!! He hung up on me and before all this even happend i had left a message in reference to the house i wanted and no one bothered to call me back!
I believe they are RACIST!!!

This property management company sucks! The tenent below me was clearly breaking her lease by smoking in the house. I called pat to take care of it and he says he can't smell anything. Come to find out he is also a smoker. They also told me I would be getting my security deposit back when I moved out by his assistant. When I emailed him he said she doesn't have to authority to tell me that and that they are not going to be giving it back to me and that I have to call the owner of the property to see what's going on. Every time I called in a complaint on the lower teneant his response was always "oh well she just called and said the same things about you". How much more childish can you get. Sorry not sorry for this review. This company sucks and you should think twice about going through them to rent.
We had a troubling experience from beginning to end. When we moved in the yard was overgrown, broken glass covered the driveway, food had been left in the kitchen (opened and unopened), the carpets had sticky food in almost every room, the door frames and walls had pencil/pen markings, broken outlet coverings with loose wires, and there was mold and a nasty smell due to a broken dehumidifier that had not been working for what was obviously a very long time (it was full of dust when we opened it). We spent a week cleaning it out. We had a pleasant interaction while actually living in the house. Some of our requests were answered and taken care of (the rotted deck which I fell through was replaced) but some were not (the filters for the refrigerator that had needed replaced from the moment we moved in were never replaced despite asking several times). The worst experience was after we moved out. We had kept the house in very good condition and cleaned thoroughly. The property manager even walked through the property and didn't mention anything. Yet when we received our deposit, half had been kept for things like: carpet cleaning, general cleaning, and yard work. We left the property in MUCH better condition then when we moved in and I have serious doubts that they used our money for these cleaning purposes. We would really like to see the receipts to prove that they cleaned! They also charged us for the water bill THAT WE HAD ALREADY PAID with the water company! We have tried to contact them but have been unable to get a response. We are very disappointed with our experience.

The guy was an absolute unpleasant man to deal with during issues and while moving out.
Upon walk-through, he said everything was. I even had it professionally carpet cleaned for $75, NEVER used the over! (Single/had A pizazz), and he charged me $50 for not cleaning under the over and claimed I never cleaned the carpet.
