I have decided to send my traveling business elsewhere. The day trip I took was planned well, but the bus driver (no tour guide) did not stay on schedule due to getting lost and forgetting a passenger in Appleton. As a result, we ran out of time and did not get a winery tour as advertised. I talked to the bus driver, and called the company the next day, to explain my dissatisfaction, and I was not satisfied with their response. Better care should be taken into customer satisfaction, especially if the error lies with their driver.
