We needed a new roof on our home (had a leak by the fireplace) and started the process of exploring the many offerings out there for this service. Since we have a larger home with a number of gables, valleys with steep pitches we were looking for a contractor that was experienced in undertaking projects of this complexity.
Thankfully, everyone was safe, but we also had damage to the fascia, soffit and siding on the west-side of our house.
We explored the internet to come up with a list of roofing contractors we wished to contact. What we found interesting is that all the contractors we talked to told us the same thing, make sure you use a contractor that has experience and understands how to use the roofing products to ensure a quality roofing project.
We just had a complete exterior remodel done to our home (roof, siding, gutters, etc), and my husband and I could not be happier! Ryan checked in multiple times, both in person and via phone, to make sure we were happy with the progress and addressing any questions we had. On a personal note, the workers on site, both for the roofing and the siding, were all male. This made me initially very nervous, since I was home alone during the day, while the work was being done, and I have had some very negative experiences. Having men I do not know at my home, when I am there alone, is not something I enjoy. There was not a SINGLE TIME during this two week process that I was ever made to feel uncomfortable or unsafe. I would recommend Home Pro Roofing to anyone with storm damage as well as those whose homes have reached the end of their roof's useful life. Although they are roofers and I had them do fascia, soffit and siding, based upon their professionalism I'm certain that they would provide a quality roofing job as well.
His roofing crew did an excellent job. They were very considerate of our various landscaping and protected everything. They worked several 12 hour days and made a point of cleaning up after each day. After the job was complete they cleaned up the area around the house so it was as good as it was prior to the installation. Well done!
